There's Something So Beautiful About People Just as They Are

18/52 {Documentary}

As much as I adore portraits made in studio, documentary style photography will forever be a close, close second.  I’ve always been a bit of a wallflower, and love capturing people and moments as if no one was watching.  There’s just something so beautiful about people just as they are.

This week’s theme for my personal photography project is “Documentary”, and I’m using photos I actually took a week or two ago (shhh, don’t tell on me!), because I love the un-posed, and unprompted expressions of Little Man in the middle of one of his epic stories.  I’ve been documenting my family’s life since I was eight years old.  Being able to look back on these photos means the world to me, more and more as the years go by.

Do you have family photos documenting your day to day?
