Today I'm 40 years old! Each day is a gift and I'm eternally grateful for each and every one I'm given. Today has been filled with love from friends and family, making it so very special indeed.

This year, I’m excited to celebrate women 40 and over! Let’s redefine beautiful and what it means to be an older woman in today’s world.

Be your own standard of beauty and blow to smithereens the outdated version of what it means to grow older. I feel like I’m just getting started and cannot wait to see what the next few decades bring.
