Whether you are just starting your career, making a job change, or starting your own business, your personal brand matters.  What is personal branding?  Essentially, it’s your reputation, what you are known for, or how you and your business are seen to others.   We all recognize huge brands by their marketing images, taglines, and products.  We have our favorites, the ones we tell all of our friends about and the ones we can do without.
