Family Legacy in Portraits

Yesterday I talked about how much of an impact one photograph can make. When I thought of writing that post, I knew the exact photograph and where to find it. You guys, I have a ton of photos! Luckily I have a photographic memory and found it within a minute or two.

While searching for it, I couldn't help but go through some family photos as well. I am so thankful to have a plethora of family photographs. And this collection of family photographs is one of my most cherished possessions. From portraits to snapshots, my family has existed in photographs since about the time photographs became a thing.

It gives me great joy to have a legacy of my family's history in portraits and every day photos.
