Long Exposure | Week 36 of Project 52

This week's theme for my personal photography project is "Long Exposure".  Essentially, this means using a slow shutter speed, and blurring any motion, beautifully showing contrast between stillness and movement in the image.  The result is an extended period of time caught in one still image.

Photography is real life magic for me.  It's all a matter of perspective.  A scene can be made to look any way the photographer dreams it to be, just by using different ways of manipulating light and shadow.

There is immense beauty in everyday life.  All around us.  To see it, we only have to adjust our perspective, and keep our eyes open, constantly looking for it and responding to it.  Be in awe of life.  It's waiting for you.
