You, In the Beginning | Project 52 Week 1

Welp, we're already into the first week of 2017!  Oh la la!  This little weekly photography challenge has become part of my life, my routine, and I cannot wait to get started on this year! I'm part of a Facebook group of like-minded photographers all participating in this weekly challenge.  Which is great, because I don't have to come up with a theme each week!  It is posted each Monday and all I have to do is shoot.  Brilliant!! And it is so inspiring seeing everyone's work each week!

This week's theme is {You, In the Beginning}.  I figured being literal would be a great way to start off the year, with a self portrait.  If I can remember, I'll try to do a self-portrait for the last week of the year too, for fun!

My sister gave me this amazing gift a couple of years ago... It's a five year journal with a daily prompt.  So if you can keep up with it, each year you can see your previous answers!  How awesome is that?!
